This course is designed for those who are new to Microsoft Outlook and want to build a solid foundation. Together, we’ll explore how to confidently navigate Outlook’s interface and understand its key features. You’ll learn to create and send emails, understand the purpose of CC and BCC, and master the art of replying, forwarding, and using “Reply All” appropriately. We’ll also cover attaching files, saving attachments, and organising your inbox with folders to keep your emails manageable.

But that’s not all! You’ll discover how to take control of your schedule by creating appointments and meetings in the Outlook calendar. By the end of this course, you’ll have the skills you need to manage your emails and calendar with ease.
